2. Classification of plastic floor

From the morphological point of view, it is divided into coil floor and sheet floor; the products introduced in this article: LVT, WPC floor belong to semi-rigid sheet plastic floor, and SPC (RVP) floor belongs to rigid sheet floor. At present, there are three main types of LVT floor: vinyl locking, dry back, loose lay. From another perspective, PVC floor can be divided into: ordinary (Dry Back) lock (click) and no glue (Loose lay) according to the assembly method. At the same time, WPC wood plastic floor and SPC stone plastic floor are also in the active promotion and rapid development stage in domestic and foreign markets.

2.1 Comparison of dry back and loose lay in plastic floor

2.1.2 Differences

A. Installation method: dry back needs to be assisted by hydrating glue, also known as glue down, loose lay can be directly paved (the bottom layer of loose lay has a layer of black skin, which cannot be pushed on the plane.)

B. Thickness: dry back Our factory only starts from 2.0mm thick bottom, and we do not do it below this specification, loose lay is generally consistent with Click 4.0mm, 5.0mm

Wear-resistant layer: In general, the dry back with thickness of 2.0mm and 2.5mm we make now, the dry back with wear-resistant thickness of 0.1mm-0.5mm and the thickness of 3.0mm, the wear-resistant layer of dry back with thickness of 0.1mm-1.0mm and 2.0mm In principle, the wear resistance of 0.5mm or more can be made with 2.5mm, but it is not cost-effective. In addition, the formula of the bottom material and the middle material must also be changed and tested, and now the factory basically does not do it; loose lay At present, The wear-resistant layer of 4.0mm and 5mm is basically only wear-resistant of 0.3mm and 0.5mm, and the reason is the same as above.

D. Price: dry back is cheap, loose lay is more expensive

E. Preservation time: dry back needs 24 hours to preserve after tempering, looselay is the same as the lock series, it takes 48 hours.

F: The flexibility of the two is different. The loose lay product is obviously much softer than the dry back. Such properties can also be used as distinguishing features.
