In recent years, the economic growth rate of Chuzhou City has ranked among the top of all prefecture-level cities in China. Chuzhou Economic Development Zone has remained among the top 50 in the national assessment and evaluation of national-level economic development zones for three consecutive years and ranked third in Anhui Province. The Economic Development Zone has four leading industries, namely smart home appliances, photovoltaic new energy, green food and intelligent equipment. The mold equipment industry enjoys a high reputation across the country and is gradually taking shape as an intelligent equipment industrial cluster. President Wei Ming of the Anhui Plastics Association pointed out that under the guidance of the Anhui Provincial Committee's strategy of building a strong manufacturing province, the added value of the province's manufacturing industry exceeded 1.9 trillion yuan in 2024, with a year-on-year growth of 9.4%. Among them, the total plastic output of Anhui Province was close to 4 million tons, with a year-on-year growth of 1.7%, ranking seventh in the country. As a leading enterprise in China's plastic machinery industry, Jinwei Machinery's settlement in Chuzhou is not only a positive response to Anhui's "Double recruitment and double introduction" policy, but also a strategic move to deepen the market layout in the Yangtze River Delta.
